I have been using the toxic catalyzer and cryotech alchemer mk2 for a while now. and they're both level 10. its about time to upgrade them to 4*. In your guys' opinion, which should i upgrade first? Love both of them and I only have enough money to upgrade one of them at the time being.
Which weapon should i upgrade from 3* to 4* first?

I don't believe alchemers
I don't believe alchemers gain a projectile speed increase. Everything else holds true though.

Cryotech? Thanks. I noticed that too when i upgraded from 2* to 3*. I'll think I'll upgrade it next. But im quite interested with the 4* catalyzer damage increase. Wondered if the aoe blast increases too with each upgrade.

Yes. the projectile speed of the 3* alchemer is 2x faster than the 2* one. :O a huge upgrade for the cryo alchemer which seems meh at first.

If you want..
To go to FSC as quickly as possible, then the alchemer is best to upgrade( being elemental and shadow being useless there)

Where did you get this info that the mk2 gains bullet velocity when upgraded to driver? I checked the wiki, as spotty as it is, and I didn't see it. Was it perhaps a test between you and your friend in ath?
I'd prefer if someone really tested this out.

upgrade your alchemer, they get like 2x better every upgrade, toxic catalyzer has like... one purpose, and theyre annoying to use

Drivers all gain bullet speed
Drivers all gain bullet speed as you upgrade them. That's why it's near impossible to use them in T2 LD but they are pretty good in T3 LD.
Cryotech alchemer mk2
because for all alchemer lines, each upgrade is a huge boost over the previous version. Increase damage, projectile speed and chance to ricochet.
