uh

Bid price probably started at 1 crown, that's why it sold for so low.

Yeah, that's one thing you

Yeah, that's one thing you want to avoid when selling something that valuable. Unless you're absolutely sure the bid will climb to a reasonable amount, don't start with a low bid price.

either way, no one can help

either way, no one can help you. OOO shouldn't give you anything, else it would enourage scamming. For example (not saying you did, just an example), you may have bought said item with an alt account, then cried to OOO that you were scammed. You can check your auction history and it will show exactly what you put the item up for sale at.

I recently bought 4 green shards for 11kcr. I didn't cry about it.

Yeah...

Not sure if this is the issue, but it has happened to me a few times... there's some weirdness with the input boxes. If you type really fast it won't catch all your digits. For example, if I set a bid price to 30500 crowns sometimes it'll display 3500 instead, even though I typed 30500. Now I always wait for the screen to update, check the numbers then click the post button.

I'll even enter the numbers before I select the item from my inventory. That way the interaface has a lot of time to catch up.

Sorry for your loss.
