Can someone help me with the twins? I NEED the pulsar, just no money... This is really pathetic of me because I have tier3 Clearance.

The twins are possibly the easiest boss in the game. Just flip the switches so the rockets go where one of the twins is heading or passing through (not where they currently are) and the rockets will hit him when he is moving.
The stage itself is also really easy. Just don't walk through the rockets at the same time as your incompetent teammates. They hit the rockets causing them to explode in your face and hurt you.
Also, just because you are T3 doesn't mean you have the right gear. Get some elemental armor and an elemental shield. Make sure you bring elemental and shadow weapons.
If you are on between 6-8 AM EST then I'll help (in other words, the 2 hours leading up to the daily reboot). Otherwise, I'm generally not on long enough to do a complete run.
We would start at tier2, of course... Also, I don't get on that early... I get on in the afternoon
dont underestimate the surgebots.. specially because they ALWAYS shock you when youre busy with the twin.
You should be able to easily solo the twins with an avenger/divine avenger and/or a gigawatt pulsar/polaris. Also, do what Nordlead suggest and invest in some elemental armor, makes life much easier.
Your assumption is that people have gotten enough tokens for the boss rewards. >.> He's asking for help BECAUSE he doesn't have a Pulsar yet.
@OP: You probably know to pack elemental/shadow damage and elemental/shock resistance for this boss, right? Whatever you do, bring a decent elemental-type sword. Avenger or Fireburst Brandish, combined with a Nightblade, will probably carry you through this. If you have a third weapon slot available, grab a gun for hitting far-away switches and gun puppies since it'll save you a lot of time and health. Forget lots of vials - pack as many remedies and health pills as you can. Vials should be mainly reserved for hitting long-distance switches to make your life easier. Try and keep the floor clear of monsters during the boss and remember you don't need to destroy ALL the blocks at the start - you want to minimize the time you've got scuttlebots around.
(You probably knew most of this, though.)
:P
I have found it considerably easier to solo the boss, simply because there are a lot of people who will hit the switches randomly and deflect the rockets from the twins, or get lasers in your face. However, while they aren't the easiest boss of t2 (the Jelly King, or Royal Jelly, holds that particular honour), they should be fairly easy to do if there's an experienced player to help you through it.
If you already have the basics of how to do the majority of the thing, I would recommend going solo since there are a lot of opportunities for other players to fudge things up. If not, I'd be willing to help you do a run, although I'm a bit short on free time right now unfortunately x.x;
if I'm on I'll be more than happy to help.

I can pretty much destroy anything in Tier 2. Roar twins are no exception. Ign is Sorou.
The guy you owe 10k for the dragon wings. >_>
Disregarding the subject title of this comment, the twins can be either really easy, or really frikken hard. Consequently, the battle will be either short or long, respectively. The key is your gear and your teammates. Before hitting that shiny big button on the floor, consult with your teammates to agree on a switch-hitter. And try not to get in the way of the missiles, of course.
*FUN FACT* The Roarmulus twins are named after Romulus and Remus of Roman mythology
