you can check the expiration
you can check the expiration date of the elevator pass by mousing over it in your inventory. Most likely the date didn't change.
As for your ban, well, technically you deserve it. Who cursed first is irrelevant. Next time if you want to curse someone do it over a microphone so there is no evidence left behind. Or, just learn to control yourself a little better, report them, and click ignore user.

Probably.. but isn't that what the curse filter is for? Unless you dodged it >.> but imo anyone that turns it off has to real right to report for cursing. /shrugs
Just watch who you play with I guess, some people report for any little thing that can get a person banned.

Got proof? One thing that helps me the most is just to use the ignore button, no need to sling stuff back at people you don't know, you can always turn off your mic.
