I can't download the installer

I'm not sure if it's just my computer or not, but everytime i try to download the installer for spiral knights, it will stop somewhere before 10%. it doesn;t really do anything though, it just says it's downloading when it isn't. I've had the download up for ages and it won't change. anyone know what's going on? i really want to play :(

thanks, but i found out it was because our internet download was capped, now it's back and i have the game! IT'S AWESOME
