I would like to kno for begginer if I should get frost breaker just for start even though only three star or of I should get magic line since it goes to five star if so I'll buy a frostbreaker helm for 2 ce or whole magic for 4 to 6 ce

Definitely go with the magic hood due to its 5* being pretty good:

Grey Feather Cowl - http://wiki.spiralknights.com/Grey_Feather_Cowl
For the future, when choosing between the three, think of your style of play.
Divine - Good against fiends overall, and helps more against undead
Chaos - Lowers status resists but you get a low damage increase
Grey - Good for a regular Normal/Elemental Hood
Breaker sets are useless, as they don't go up to 5*. Get the magic hood set.
