I made it to the Hall of Heroes and tried to buy a recipe but when I clicked on confirm the buttons turned gray and nothing happened . Didn't get the recipe or lose any crowns and it just stayed there and nothing would happen so I had to close out of the shop. I tried every shop there and they all did the same thing.
Hall of Heroes: Can't buy anything from the shops.

I had this same issue. Actually, the first HoH I went to, I didn't realize you could even talk to them, I thought they were just mannequins.
Also, in 5-2 Hall of Heros the 2* recipes are repeated twice.
Ok so i just noticed the devices that take you right into the shop and it worked just like it should. So when you access the shops by talking to the knights they don't work but when you access them directly with the device they work fine.
