If i get dragon wing pack will I get On just one character with with wings or if you have multiple characters if I'll get wings on all of them thank you

You can do whatever the hell you want with these items once you have them short of selling them for real world money. Transfer to an alt, give away, doesn't matter. The stuff tends to be delivered to the character you were on when you put forth the energy purchase.
