Really easy, the current developers keep doing what they do best: develop the game.
Though they do one more thing: they hire a new person. This person will spend his/her time on the suggestions forum looking for good ideas for Spiral knights and such, THEN he/she will show these to the developers. The developers will then decide whether it's a good idea, or a bad idea.

With this method, the developers will only read the "good" suggestions instead of looking trough 100 threads to find 1 good idea. It would save them a lot of time and make the community happy.

Problem solved?

They do read the suggestions

They do read the suggestions but have not not commented since 6 months ago (except for that 1million ce thread). Otherwise, good idea, but that person will still have to go through all of the threads. But a normal player would be willing to do so. Im guessing you want to do it?

Re: Ztype

Well yeah, i COULD do it. Of course i'd demand a little bit of cash since i can't spend all of my time on these forums.

Though i would happily help out Three rings with sending them a suggestion once in a while, that i think could fit Spiral knights. That wouldn't be like a normal job though, maybe read on the forums once or twice a week?

If i got paid, i could do it all damn day though. ^^

Personal Preference

Unfortunately whoever is hired will inevitably come across a well thought out suggestion, and decide to not report it. Why? Because they don't like. For example: Pets.
Of course, this may sound a bit sensationlist, but this sort of stuff can happen. The person hired would not be a machine which sorts through the suggestions and cherry-picks the best ones. No. It would instead be a real, living person. Someone who is as susecptible to plain, old human preferences as the rest of us. Just think on that for a moment.

Re: Ghret

I do understand that, but the person will be able to look away from that, if they do not, they aren not professional enough to work with it.

One must put aside their own personal opinions for this job, and think of how everyone else would react on THAT suggestion.

I'd do it for free. I

I'd do it for free.

I seriously wouldn't mind reading all of them... I already read like 3/4s of them anyway. They're usually quite interesting.

Although I doubt that OOO needs anyone to do this; they can just take a look at the suggestions forums when they need an idea on what to do.
