As the title says this is a new UV for all weapon types. The new UV is "critical hit". This UV has a chance to deal double the damage dealt from the weapon. Low would have a 5% chance, medium would have 10%, high would have 15%, and very high would have 20%.
The percentage of low and medium which are common aren't high otherwise this will kill monsters/bosses much faster making it less fun (ironic this UV is ment to kill monsters faster, but not too fast) . Although high and very high are more likely to happen, but these two are pretty rare to get so the chances should fit in.
Lets say a divine avenger hits 300 on a slag. When the UV takes effect it will deal 600 to the monster. Effectiveness and ineffectiveness don't change the amount of damage given like an undead dealt with more damage from elemental weapons and wolvers dealt with less damage from elemental damage.
This might come in handy for any hard challanges in the future.
Actually 20% critical on a Blitz Needle would make Vanaduke even more of a pin cushion.
