Its worth around 6,000 to 8,000 CE. People pay 6,000 to 7,000 CE for Sealed Sword ASI High because they want to make it into a Gran Faust for PvP.

Agreed, but CTR is the preferred UV for the Avenger/Divine Avenger line.

I wouldn't pay more than 8kCE just because the cost to go from sealed sword to DA is only around 2kCE, and Gran Faust is preferable anyway.
asi high SS usually goes for 5-6k ce? da has a larger unbind, so around 9-10k ce seems appropriate.
