I could be wrong
but i was under the impression that CTR med was closer to 5k ce range on bombs. Granted, i'm woefully unfamiliar with the availabitlity of these, but 10k CE is a lot for a ctr medium anything. That is more CTR high pricing.

the difference is that ctr on
the difference is that ctr on a shock bomb is very rare. they more or less need to be rolled because ragecrafting involves lots of bark modules and crafting 3* versions. plus you have to unbind if you want to sell it after failing. and since not many people roll on capacitors, ctr UV's are rare.

Will cost around 10k ce for the 3* version. VH on 5* will be 30~35k+ ce.
and even if you can afford one, I doubt that many people will sell you one of these.

Well a static capacitor with CTR med go for between 3k-4k ATM, but that's because you got to do it through Punch.
I'd say between 10k-14kCE for a Volatic Tempest with CTR med due to the fact you can't rage craft or gotten it through haze bomb spam crafting when you were able to do that. It's either a very lucky roll or punch.

Meh, too hard to find someone willing to pay 10kCE for it. Sold for 7.5kCE to Rommil.
