Petition to allow weapons to not be bound in training hall

I personally dislike the weapon binding rule, and that you have to use ce to unbind something even if you buy it and you find it stinks or never use it or no longer want it. But I understand the purpose of weapon and armor binding as to not let someone just buy a weapon, get some use out of it, and sell it for more then what they gained and then again and again. BUT what I would like to do is be able to use a weapon unbound to see if it is really what I hoped for and if it isn't, then sell it for something better without being stuck to it for life.

I think that the training hall, being for you know... training, should be a place where we can use weapons as we please and they stay unbound. This way we can buy something, see if we actually like using it before we are stuck with it for life. This would help the new players out there who don't know any better and go out and buy something like a hot edge, like i did, and then realize there are weapons in the auction house that are much better and I could have gotten way cheaper but its too late now.

Those who agree with me, comment here and say so. If you don't, tell me why and maybe I can alter this

Suggestions forum.

Better would be to be able to try out certain weapons in the training hall once certain conditions have been fulfilled (one of which would obviously be being able to try out higher-star equips once you've reached a certain tier).

I like

I think the idea is very nice, although i never had the problem of buying a weapon and not liking it.

This

This is a pretty good idea. I think you should just put this in the Suggestions forum though, rather than have a petition.

I like the idea

I like the idea of it, but it just allows any player to use any weapon. It takes away that surprising feeling when you first get a sword, gun, or bomb. Also, it is doubtful this would happen for 3 main reasons (based on how it is now):
-To unbind costs CE... The higher level the weapon, the more CE... By allowing people to see what they want in action will allow players to go around this, causing profit for Three Rings/Sega to go down in that respect
-It encourages people to make smart choices. Obviously, new people WILL make mistakes, we've all done it. However, we learn from that, and those mistakes allow players to know what is good, what they want, and some other things they might try in the Auction House.
-The training hall was designed for the testing of weapons for those who just joined the game. Theoretically, it's more meant for new people than for those who want to test new weapons. Although, that's not the case sometimes, and it becomes a place to try new weapons that are NOW bound to you. By allowing them to not be bound, you can go through every weapon you want, without binding them, and you can select what you want out of them.

So, I won't say a "-1", but I think the way they have it now creates more of a learning experience for new players, and it makes the game more interesting, and less predictable.

honestly, I don't think it is

honestly, I don't think it is that big of a deal. The only weapon I can think of that starts at 3* and isn't a boss token item is the graviton charge (and electron charge). You can craft any 2* item with mist (on a day you aren't playing) and a few cr and try it out. If you don't like it in 2* version you most likely won't like it in the 5* version since not that much changes in any of them. Heck, most 2* weapons can be purchased for only a little more than 1kcr.

But you can get a cheap punch-gun and this the same thing

Hell, most swords have a cheap 0-1* alternative too.

I'm just giving a

I'm just giving a counter-suggestion.

If you want to see how a weapon is, then I'd suggest going to YouTube and searching the weapon name. Chances are you will find a gameplay video with said weapon in it. This can help you judge if you really want that weapon or not. It's what helped me sway myself in favor of getting a Callahan. (Love that gun!)
