How do you handle this area?
You all know this area. I'm sorry I don't have a screenshot. It's one of the grass levels with a U-shaped turret gauntlet. There's a vertical path full of spikes with turrets on either side, then at the bottom there's a horizontal section of spikes with an island you can stand on but that's full of blocks, and finally a grassy path going up the right side. If you sprint all the way around to the grassy area more enemies spawn.
How the hell are you supposed to do this without a lot of deaths?
Thanks
Try using freeze vials/guns. And a strong elemental shield.

I just weave through the bullets, block where necessary, and take them out systemmatically two at a time(where applicable) via my Leviathan Blade's charge attack. I work my way up the right side first, pop the chests, kill the wolvers on the way out, over to the left, clean, and then exit.
It's more complicated in T3 where they all fire five bullets - that requires a bit more blocking than dodging, but still entirely doable without a gun. Firotech Alchemer/Magma Drivers make it easier, I hear. I don't use one, though, so I cannot confirm/deny.
I engage slowly with a gun, picking off the puppies one at a time while dancing around their bullets (and I do this on T3 where they fire 5 shots a piece).
My partner who is dual sword waits for the spikes to go down and charges through, shielding as necessary. He gets to the other side and wrecks the puppies one at a time while shielding their shots.
That sounds like Jade Tangle or Jade Tangle 2, if i recall it right. I know exactly where he's talking about, there's multiple 3 hit breakable blocks, and clearing blocks between the spikes, around 6 gun puppies on the right side, and 2 on the left. There's also some green chests on the right side, but when you get near them, it spawns two wolver.
You can either use a gun and pace your way down, blasting single turret after single turret, or just charge straight through, preferably clearing the left side first, then run over the spikes and clear the right.

I just run right through it and kill everything... I don't care if I get hit LOL

If you move as little and as late as possible then all of their "center shots" will aim toward the same small area, making them much easier to dodge versus if you're just randomly running around all over. So while you're waiting on the spikes you want to do burst movements then stay still till you have move again.
I usually take out the first pup to my right with a gun, then run all the way down and all the way up the right path. Fight the two wolvers that spawn behind the boxes where you can't be hit by the projectiles, then use them for cover as you whittle your way downwards.
