Just wondering, why is the shielding so slow? It seems like every time you see the enemy is about to attack and then you shield, the attack smashes into you and THEN your shield comes up like some [goofy] airbag after a crash. And then when you try to predict an attack by shielding the mons wont attack you until you finally drop the shield out of boredom. WHY?
I realize that maybe it was intended, but it feels like they want you to just run away from aggressors instead of attacking...can't we get a decent shield?
Shield comes up instantly for me. The only time it doesn't is if I'm mid attack. This was done for a reason. It makes the game take a bit more skill, as you can't just stop mid attack.
