So, why was I banned, exactly?

It won't even let me read the whole message, how stupid ain't that.

I tried to log on, right after school, and it gives me a message about a ban.

A temporary one, that will expire tomorrow.

So of course! It's not that big of a deal, it also said it may lead to a permanent ban, and dude, I've spent so much money in this game, they just can't do that.

And ESPECIALLY not, when they're not even letting me READ the reason I was banned!

So, could any developer, admin, whatever you're called, please explain this?

I haven't done anything wrong, cause the last thing I did when I was online, was to check the auction house :l

1st You can get banned for a thing you did like 10 hours ago (it takes time till GM digs to the complaint sent on you)
2nd You must contact them directly via mail support@spiralknights.com

Actually, they totally can. Read the ToS you agreed to when ya created your account. They could ban you for literally no reason; they're just not evil enough to do such a stupid thing.

Trying to contact through the forums for account issues isn't a good idea. Better to send OOO an email. They like to try to keep things confidential, but if ya post on a public forum, they gotta give you the details publicly.

On a bit of a tangential note, they usually tell you *why* you were banned in that notice thing. They don't supply the evidence unless you ask, though. So I suspect you're not telling us everything, though I'd wager that it's foul language or spam since it's temporary.

Ya, you were right to complain, but make that clarification on first post so others understand what's the problem.

Everyone seems to get scared and thrown in the support form after they read the word 'ban'
