Did they nerf shields? My guardian used to be able to hold up in T1 but now one hit by a lumbar breaks it

i felt more of a buff
my DA with only asi high managed to land a charge on a lumber while it was about to swing its arm. after that i still managed to hit him once with regular attack AND my shield blocked his arm
ive had that very scenario many times in the past and did not expect my shield to actually be timed like that
First of all, what are you talking about Guardian? Give us the actual name of the shield, please.
Second of all, there is a suspected nerf to shields (it's been confirmed through some regulars on the forums and by me).
However, it hasn't been confirmed yet.. OOO's nasty habits don't tell us.
