so i have all the armor i like (Vog set, IQ set, Mad Bomber set), all the swords i want (BTB, voltedge, GF, DA, Acheron), all the bombs i want (nitro, shiver, vitrolic tempest,) and all the shields i want (volc plate, grey owlite, CoA) and in all games i like to have a goal. but i have all the gear that appeals to me and i dont really know what to do. any suggestions?

Well, you didn't mention any guns. So work on those? What about trinkets? What about getting better UVs?
Other than equipment, we don't know what you've accomplished. Solo Vanaduke? Do Shadow Lairs? Get really good at PvP?
Right now, CE prices are low, so I myself am accumulating CE as fast as I can. Maybe you should too, until Three Rings releases new content?

I have tried getting other armor, but i am allways pulled back by the ASI the vog grants, so almost no matter what i use vog. its hard to break the addiction of the mighty ASI. then again it also means i am vulnerable to other damage types. thats another prediciment im having.
PS i forgot to mention this before but i do indeed have a Levi blade.

Bopp is right : I forget about trinkets, if you don't already have any, get some ASI ones to compensate the lack of ASI for when you don't have Vog (and also get DMG/CTR ones to pair with Vog). You can have ASI max with 2 trinket + UV med on all your swords. That could be a great goal.

trinkets last forever and
trinkets last forever and cost roughly the same as weapons or armor. Trinket slots only last 30 days and cost 150CE. 300CE every 30 days is easy to earn. I typically make 300-400CE in two hours of play (granted that is with the cheaper CE prices we have right now).

I am F2P & run 4x weapons &
I am F2P & run 4x weapons & 2x trinkets. Just buy them with mist on off days or buy them from somebody else or AH for cheaper then vender price.

Trinkets are equipments like swords and armour. Your swords don't disappear, even if the slot runs out.

try going for a triglav or sandaruska.takes forever to get the recipes for triglav, and they look awesome and epic also.
So, to sum up :
- you don't have any sort of shadow armor. Perhaps a Snarbolax ?
- you only have a sub-par piercing armor. Perhaps a Skolver or Justifier if you feel like trying gunner ?
- you don't have a good normal weapon for bombing side-arm or Vana mask squashing. Leviathan or DVS ?
- you don't have Ash of Agni for the godly VT + Ash DoT combo.
- you don't have DBB the wolver eater, party friendly aoe damage bomb.
- you don't have RSS, the zombie one-hit-kill.
- you don't have any sort of piercing shield. Perhaps a BTS ?
- you didn't listed a single gunning part. Perhaps a change would be good for you ?
