Is there CTR bonus shields and Bonuses for Gun and Bomb Damage?

I am just asking if there are any(rare drops to Craft lines) that give out these bonuses?

all the information you are looking for is easily found on the wiki.

There are no CTR bonus shields. The only gun bonus from shields is ASI High on the Swiftstrike buckler, which is applied to both guns and swords.
