I've seen these go for over 16-17k before. And that was when Ce was higher value than it is now too. Good luck selling :-)
12k-15k CE at the very most. Piercing max and shock max are the two most wanted UVs on armor ATM. Higher demand = more $ for you.
Edit: Also, if you are going to make this an auction, start the bids low, around 8k-10k CE. Start too high and no one will buy.
