I bought this armor off a friend today, and i tried it. IT doesn't work with my troika, and only makes it slower. I was wondering how much it was worth. IF it is worth enough, i guess ill sell it. And i traded a drake scale mail w/ dragon wings for it too! :(

its worth more than 3* armor with dragon wings attached.
I'd say ~6k ce top end, 3k ce bottom end (most dragon wings are just over 1k ce). not many people care about plate mail, however you might look at marketing it to bombers. the attack speed penalty won't do anything to their bombs and it provides an incredibly set of defenses, especially with that normal max UV.
