as the subject says, having a seperate window pop up when you get a tell would be very helpful. Make it easier to seperate out tells when encountering a lot of zone/trade spam, without having to constantly scroll up/down.

Also, could we get a way to resize the chat windows? When I'm in a Haven, I'd love to be able to stretch the boxes out so I can see more. Different colors between zone and trade would be extremely helpful too.
