I'm two forge sparks away from a slippery wetstone pendant. Should I go ahead and get it or push for the 100 forge sparks needed for the soaking wetstone pendant?
&, if I should go for soaking wetstone, what are the best levels for forge sparks?

Well, I'm planning on going skolver so any fire resist would be helpful- however, I also have an owlite shield so... i'm not sure...
lulz I edited the title as Aemicus can't seem to handle it XD
I play fsc with full skolver, only fire resist I have is on my owlite and my friends. You don't need it, just try not to run straight through fires.
Hmmmm, I do have a lot of lag though so when vana rolls around to his shadow fire phase things get.....difficult. I agree, it's probably not necessary, but I wonder what difference it would make...
try seeking out a fire uv instead. Frees up trinky slots for asi and ctr.
I assume you deal enough dmg to warrant not needing a dmg trinky.
@Imperial: I wish I had been smart enough to do that as a noob, but I wasn't and my gear is already Ashtail D: I'm completely f2p so it'll take another 6 months to level the gear XD
@Ranger: It was "Slippery or Soaking?" XD
Neither.
The effect is so minimal that unless you REEEEEEEEEAAAAAAALLLLLLY hate fire, I'd rather sell it to NPCs or get some materials.
