any1 else notice a possible nerf or bug at the falling debris?

i didnt intentionally run into it to try out, but there have been a couple of situations wher i expected to get hit and didnt
in the beginning of the video there are similar situations, can any1 confirm?

about the block, i guess u just have to remove or change music, kinda weird it isnt blocked in germany :o

It's amazing. Most people on these forums must not know how speedruns work in games. You do it as fast as possible, period. If there's some gamebreaking glitch, you abuse the HELL out of it. If there's a way to shave off time, like through CTR, you use that. If you can skip fights, you do so. Not using these things is idiotic for the purposes of a SPEEDrun; OP only said that this was a speedrun, not a skillful run after all. Hell, OP could do better by using gun armour to increase damage or not wasting charges on killing skellies, etc.

That said, the OP is acting a bit childish changing the title of the thread and all.

EDIT:
Oh Christ, you mention that old idiom that bad publicity is better than no publicity. Tell me, do you remember that "Head On" commercial thing? Tell me, do you know of ONE person that bought it? I don't, nor have ever even heard of someone who did. Only thing I heard is that people would *NOT* buy it just to spite them.

Now, while bad publicity WILL increase exposure, that doesn't mean anyone will LIKE you or what you're pushing; if anything, they'll bomb the hell out of you and tell people to stay away from your thing. It's why we have PR guys running damage control when someone pulls a faux-pas or something.

If only Knightmare had someone like that for Chris.

The speed run in itself is nice.

What people are saying is that you had a lot of random occurrences that made the run easier. People will still try for fastest run, with slag spawns and vana dashes.

Most of the problem people have with you is your ego, and the way that you seem to boost your own ego. Be proud of the run, no doubt about that. But QQ'ing about people not liking it doesn't make anyone view you in a good light. There will be people who doesn't like it. That's life.

And it's a youtube video. Who cares about the like bar, besides making funny jokes about its size?

Thx man, to be honest, I failed like 30-40 times before this run (some of them even better than this, but maybe die once), getting mad when continuously asking friend to invite me and i going solo. That's the reason why I felt so excited on what I did. Only thing I want to do is sharing my happiness. No ego, but I have to admit that I seem like showing off in some way.

A good skill is not enough sometimes, maybe I need be more humble and understanding;3

For phase 2 & 4, is there anyway to get more damage in between waterballs?
I know when there are multiple people, i can fit in two charges. If you have to throw and charge, that's probably not the case.

I just wanted to know since I'm sure you've already tried it out and like having one charge between each throw.

Yes, I tried to make two charge atk in one cooling time, and there are only two water throw needed in this way. However, the total time is almost the same as three times watering. So i pick the second one, which is a relatively easier way, especially when zombie rounded.

That post is laughable. I suppose people downing Vanaduke in 2* back then means they're incredibly skilled to this day. You full well know what I meant by my post. And no, I wasn't being technical about anything. The person I was referring to was downing Vanaduke with up-to-date sword mechanics before Sick. My post simply backed those words up.

Yes, you are right, I watched Exileddread's video before I did this one, and I admit there are big similarities between these two. The only reason I upload my video is to share some of my experience on doing these runs and help more ppl do vana more easily. IDK why Exileddread close his account, but in my thinking, it's just a game, and every sword user would like to choose DVS as their preference to kill vana.

Exileddread is a good player and i respect him and I'll add a claim in my video.

You practice a style so much that nobody else uses, close your account, then someone does the exact same method. People will then watch it and have the impression that he was the creator of that style. So I think you did the right thing Suny. Giving credit where it is due. Also, nice videos.
