How much would one expect to pay for:

Brandish
ASI - Very High
Damage Bonus vs. Slimes - High

and

Brandish
ASI - Very High
Damage Bonus vs. Gremlins - High

I tried searching the forums for "brandish asi very high", but I couldn't find any prices. Before that I asked in-game and I got two very different answers. Thank you in advance.

I've seen them go from 6-9k

I've seen them go from 6-9k ce, but just for the asi, no extra uv. If you plan on selling, I would like to offer 7.5k ce on one to start you off
