Best 30 token Almirian seal item?

OK, I have 27 Almirian Seals and just 3 away from a token Item. I think I may go for the Ancient Plate shield but since I already have one (Heavy Plate Shield) I think I may go for either FoV or the Armor/Helm. (note) I have 5* armor but not a 5* helm, sword, gun, bomb or shield. So my question is this: What item should I get first from almirian seals? If you need my equips I can post them. Thanks in advance!

Equips: I grind FSC so I regularly have Vog Cub Coat, Ashtail Cap, Avenger, Prisma Driver, Heavy Plate shield, and when I use trinkets and weapon slots I also have a Electron Bomb and a weapon needing heat/Grand Flourish. When I do any other boss runs I bring Faust for JK, Avenger for RT and Grand Flourish for snarby.

FoVThe fire resist helps

The fire resist helps lessen the fire you take and the ASI help with the normal swings (which are slower than most 3 swing swords).
edit: I thought you didn't want a shield. Blacken Crest would be the best out of all the things you can use Almire tokens on.

The Crest of Almire is a nice shield for Vana runs - and it looks cool - but I also really enjoy nuking slag guards in the final wave of vana with the FoV as well...

Crest of Almire is one of the overall best shields in the game; I highly recommend picking that up, especially if you do a lot of FSC.

You're asking which is better of these two? (A) Avenger and Blackened Crest, or (B) Fang of Vog and Heavy Plate Shield?

Depends on how soon you can upgrade your shield.

Volcanic Plate Shield is better than Crest of Almire for FSC, unless you're having some serious difficulty dodging Slag claws. However, having a shadow shield is still very useful, due to people constantly trying to fiendify stratum 5. Fang of Vog is a middling sword with a few niche uses, but one of those happens to be charging on Slag Guards during Vana phase 5. Avenger is the better all-around weapon.

What you've got currently, Avenger and Heavy Plate Shield, is a better combo than either FoV and Plate or Avenger and Blackened Crest.

The Crest of Almire is my default shield and I wuve it. It is INCREDIBLY useful and IDK what anyone else says, but it's an amazingly good investment. I've carried it through FSC, Rabid Snarbolax Runs, Dark Cities, Candlestick Keeps, and more.

Oh, it's a great shield, it's just that there are better options for FSC itself, and Korakc already has the prerequisite for one of them.
