Yes... I want a plume... I hate the things, but for a certain reason I WANT ONE....

I'm not looking for a common Plume, I'm looking for a Prismatic Plume... yes... PRISMATIC! I'm not interested in in a common color such as military or dusky, not even regal. So my deal... I'll offer anyone who has an unbound PRISMATIC PLUME 1.5k ce or an equivalent of 90k crowns (current ce prices 5.9k-6k). I'm willing to negotiate! *bows respectfully*
