I payed 5k for shadow max. I'd say this is worth5-7k. Truth is, ths is gunner shield and ideally you won't b getting hit. So the uv's are not as important as a swordsman shield. The pierce is so so because it's good for jelly, but jelly isn't really tough neways. So 5-7k seems pretty fair for a max + med. pretty sweet item tho.
