In the first level of Toy Soldiers, my game froze as soon as I picked up the first fire pot thingey. The mouse cursor was still visible and movable, but nothing else responded. The only command that worked was Ctrl+Alt+Del, which I used to open the task manager. I saw the program was not responding, so I ended it. I am using the Steam version.
I loaded the game, which went to load right back into the level, and it froze again at 98%. I tried again, and it did not even log in. The third time I retried, it was the same as the first: load to 98% and freeze.
I'd really appreciate some help, where I stand, I seem to be completely locked out of the game.
I've tried this a number of times, and it's the same every time: crash when logging in, or at 98% exactly.
Game repeatedly not responding, I am completely unable to play.

The game loaded up finally, but I was no longer in the mission. I'm out 10 energy, and normally I wouldn't complain, but there are missions to be done. I also can't get to the support system to file a ticket to bring this up. Bummer.
