Standing in level 10, rescued all captive knights, destroyed everything.
Recon sill knights says: Ive almost got this door open. While im working at it, rescue teh captive knights in the area!
Does 4-3 Rescues and recycling work 4 you?

Captive knights REALLY wanna go home.
I don't know if this is what you're seeing, but captive knights will seek out elevators when they're nearby. There's currently a bug in which they want to reach that elevator SO MUCH that they'll warp to it, sometimes through locked doors.
If you see this, the captive knights can be rounded up again by moving far away. Eventually, they'll all warp to you and continue to follow you around. Once you've got all 4 captives following you, you can try moving back near to the Recon Knight door, which should cause it to open.
Thanks for your patience with these quirks. We'll be smoothing out some of the captive knight behavior in a future update.

the notice doesn't disappear until you go down the elevator.
