I am not sure it's just me or just a small group of people, but when I was doing a Twin Run, it teleports me to another gate instead........and I also heard it has been happening with the Vana gate as well?

Honestly, I have no clue since I didn't realize I was in the wrong gate until after I went down one elevator. The guy I joined asked if we would be able to do the JK (at basil), next thing I know (when I check the gate map) I see that we are heading towards IMF.
I then left and went back and started a RJP run and had no problem going through the gate correctly.

This happened to me too. I tried to join a T2 party on the Vana gate, and ended up in a party on the IMF gate, three times in a row. Making a party at the Vana gate works though.
There is a similar thread in the bug report section. Joining (1-for-1 success starting a party for me) causes you to join a random party in a random gate. I joined thinking I was going to RJP but ended up in IMF.
