still if you're pure demo the max usefulness of these UV stats is just up to "high" so I guess outside of that you could use a diff helmet

The scale is from low (1) to maximum (6). Going above (6) is pointless.
Very high UV rates at (4), but demo armor gives at least two lows which adds up to (2)...(3) if you're at 5 stars.
Bombs have a default increased charge rate of (2) at level 10...
So, a pure demo would already be getting (4) on each bomb with 4* and below demo suits. So, a medium or even low (at 5* demo armor) UV bomb at that point would be enough for somebody wearing the demo gear.
A very high uv bonus bomb would hit an automatic (6) at max level with its intrinsic bonuses, so I guess that would free up your armor type to something else. To a person using demo suit, that would still not be worth the cost anyway since you would probably be carrying other bombs, and would have to collect those types at "very high" uv rating also. To a person who just wants a vaporizer on the side of their main arsenal, I see the point there.
Kind of takes the accomplishment out of actually getting the materials for a mad bomber/volcanic suit though

it would be pointless to get UVs for bombers then if that were true. even if it were true that there is such a "cap", wouldn't it be smart to do something like get a set of UV charge time reductions and maybe just exchange your bomber armor set for some better defense armor. (divine veil? Plate set?) i'm going for the long run items while they're this cheap baby. that "6 cap" thinking wont get you far! boom chucka chucka.
also, if its true the 4 from very high + 2 from level 10 would give you the cap which could mean any person would be able to use a status bomb.

Weirdguy, unless you only intend to wear volcanic demo set all the way, then of course it would be a waste. However, if there isn't a need to wear an armor with increased fire resistance, then bombastic demo set would be a great replacement and will definitely boost a pure bomber user greatly.
and yes
very high + lvl 10 bomb (mid) = Max.

uh, yeah, I said those things up there
but still, you would have to go hunt down the rest of the bombs with that UV in order to free up your armor if you were pure bomber
(and I thought the blast bomb line took a hit in range if it had any uv's at all)
anyway, it's not as if the bomber armors already didn't have super high normal and elemental resistance in the first place, just a tiny bit lower than vog cub, so I guess a hybrid with vog cub could do with a poison or ice vaporizer
bombastic only gives low damage bonus to bombs while mad bomber gives medium
anybody else want to bid on this thing?
