I don't know if this is a bug or not

If someone can clarify then I'll put this on bug reports
However, I did a prestige mission, counted every bar i had before i accepted it, then when I turned in the meter did not increase

What I'd like to know is-
Would 120 prestige increase the meter by 1 unit (Because I may have counted incorrectly)
Is this actually a bug?

hmm

Prestige missions don't increase rank they add to the other prestige you have. I think nick said there's something coming for the people with high prestiges or something.
