I seriously couldn't kill any of them. They were invincible and almost killed me. I had to run.

The key!
The key is to Charge Shot the Gremlin Mender in the middle with an Acheron. The resulting explosions kill about 3/4 of the Knockers present.

Don't worry, you are a robot. Robots do not have emotions, therefore making them invulnerable to the Knockers' cuteness.
