What can i do with the items adquired in missions?
I have recipes and weapons i already own, what do i do with the extra ones?
Why can they be unbound or something like that?
Does unbind by one of thr gremlins work on them?

1 and 2 - I already have the
1 and 2 - I already have the hot edge and frost gun recipe learned and on the missions i won the same recipes, i tried to sell them in AH and said is not tradeable...
3 - Am talking about 1 and 2 star items with very good UVs that i dont want, but like the recipes i cant sell in AH...
4 - I have runed out of ideas of what to do with the extra stuff that comes out of the new mission system.

Bound recipes can only be sold to the vendor, who will pay almost nothing but it does remove them from your inventory. The weapons can be unbound but there is no point as EVERYONE else has one with the same GOOD uv on them.

If you don't want the items
If you don't want the items from the missions your only realistic option is to sell them to vendors in the bazaar. You won't get much (except for the 2* weapons/gear) but it does remove it from your inventory.
As for their only use, all the 1* items will be good for T1 lockdown if you want to play that.

Vendor them and cut your losses.
1: you can use them in the clockworks or as recipies.
2:uh what extra ones? if they are not bound, you can sell them and if they are just keep them for later
3: the unbinding is made for better weapons/equips if they are really good. I don't reccomend unbinding something without a great uv thats not 5*.
4: I dunno what your asking here XD
