Well, I know Vietnam's
Well, I know Vietnam's national dish is Pho but I personally find it highly overated (I only really enjoy the traditional northern Vietnamese style, the other styles served are way too salty and heavy for my tastes).
I much prefer the rice vermicelli dishes (bun) and believe these types of dishes deserve so much more recognition. =D
