Why can't we fall down, walk, or jump (and other dumb questions)?

I think the game would really benefit from more movement options.

Walking-
The walk graphics already exist, as we can see when we are stunned. Why not create zones where moving slowly by walking is advantageous, such as around thorn hedges or fire? It can't be in most places because some players would always walk and the other players would get frustrated waiting.

Falling Down-
Monsters fall down due to our bombs. Why not let us fall down when we get hit by certain monsters or weapons, like when we get bumped by jellies or something? It would be fun and make the game a little more difficult.

Jumping-
Make a class of monster that attacks our feet, like snakes or something, and we'd have to jump to avoid damage. Or put more obstacles in the game, some that we have to jump over.

Swimming-
Ok, I know this is reaching, but we never get in water. Maybe make us get wet to slow us down like stun does. (Hard to move in all that wet armor) You could even make funny squishy sounds for us as we walk when we are wet or something.

Well, this is turning into suggestions, so I'll move it to there.

@Walking: I thought that's what we always did, and when we're stunned we errr...waddle.

@Falling Down: I like this idea, actually. Being knocked down could cause the game to be a little more difficult.

@Jumping: Don't really see a lot of sense in this...dancing first. Definitely dancing.

@Swimming: Actually, I've got no idea if we're MACHINES or if we're SENTIENT FLESHY BEINGS. It's so confusing! I don't know who I am! *inb4 complex*

Really though, I have a sneaky suspicion we're not humans.

Fire a punch/pummel gun or

Fire a punch/pummel gun or magnus line charge attack. Knights can fall down just fine.

We're not initially

We're not initially mechanical, just our armour is. A few moments of thought on the subject will prove this.

Anyway, these ideas are interesting. Severage you make me lol.

I suggest making a "slammed

I suggest making a "slammed against wall" animation. For example, if a knight is slammed against a wall by any attack, be it a slow sword second hit in LD, Trojan attack, or other means, the knight would be slammed face-first against the wall and slide down, gaining a period of invincibility during that time.

The stun animation is like running.

As we can see, the walking stun animation is like running. The Three Rings should upgrade this animation.

Tips:

The real stun walking is..

1) Equip Bomb
2) Press attack repeatly
3) Walk while press attack repeatly.
4) You will see.

Nyan nyan nyan nyan....

@Mawashimono
If you want to navigate around thorn or other trap areas, why not just shield walk? Provides the same benefits, and you get to tank hits if you do walk into a trap :P
I like the idea of falling down though, maybe with heavy attacks?

Obviously we are all squiddy-looking Daleks under the armour.

It would certainly explain the EXTERMINAAAAATE complexes around...

Also wouldn't water naturally cause Shock if there are lots of electrical parts in the armour (as there seem to be)?

And just why did you suppose I said we are mechanical in relevance to swimming? Didja think I randomly popped that off? lol

Yes, if we are mechanical (Or partly mechanical), I'd assume water would act negatively toward us. But who knows, maybe Energy makes you water proof...lol
