Not that I'm ever going to buy CE for stuff out of the supply depot... but is there a chance for UV's?
You know... the new players and all that.
Since we nicely give them 0* items with UV's on the 1-series missions.

Assuming they use the same code as for normal vendors, there is a 0% chance of UVs.
Probably not. I hope not. And it won't be worth it.
