The title, but to explain it further:
Once you start a auction, there could be a button that selects payment type, CE or Crowns. So, if you want to sell a recipe for 50CE, you would click the CE button, and enter 50CE in the starting bid box instead of crowns, and 100CE in the buy now. Just a thought.

Sorry to shut you down, but yeah, it is.
It'd bypass the need to convert CE->CR, so that makes Free to play players completely redundant, aside from being potential P2Pers and enlarging the playerbase, although this would also make it really hard for F2P players to progress, seeing as their CR isn't needed so much anymore, making it harder for them to get CE.
If you could buy AH items for CE, then P2Ps wouldn't even need to sell their CE to F2P players.
