Not a freaking clue - made a new account to test whether it was a glitch between my pc and the server but it's not that. I think that the character, in my case, is stuck in a server that is offlne (haven 5 isnt on the lists) so its trying to log into something that isnt accesible, there wont be code written in for the fact that if the server is unavailable, then the data should be transferred to another server. or something along those lines
Just my opinion, no facts in there.

I know this is an old topic,
I know this is an old topic, but Restive's advice on restarting the router fixed not only this problem but also the problem with my smartphone not connecting through to the internet. Thanks!
Seconded. Same Issue. it was just after Haven 5 froze up, tried relogging and now this.
