Lol. After the mission system update, I have found new trick to get easy crown.
1. Play the Sky Under Cradle mission. You will get about 1300 crown. (don't forget to destroy the bushes.)
2. Sell Item you get from mission at the Vendor.
3. Play Blast network free for all. If win, you will get about 580 crown.
4. Sell item at Auction house.
5. Buy a cheapest armor/weapon at Auction House.
That's all... Hope it's help.
Here is a year old trick:
1. Play 'The Solvieng Slime' or go to the JK gate at Stratum 4.
2. Keep on farming,
3. Sell Token rewards
4. ????
5. PROFIT! £
JK run is 2300cr ~ 2600cr per run (30 energy)
The arena mission before that is... forgot... 3000cr if lucky? (30 energy)
So play 3 times of any one = 6000cr++ ~ 9000cr++
Then, if you do JK, you have 9 jelly gems for all 100 mist... you get a sealed sword every 3 days or so.
One UNBOUND sealed sword (go to Vise) is... 6500cr*6 (current energy market price * 6 units of 100ce) which is 39,000cr
If you wait a day to recharge 100 mist and not play on that day, you can unbind for 500CE (read), which means it's only 6500cr*5 = 32,500cr
You sell that at 39,000, less tax it'll be 37,050cr.
Buy back your 500CE for next unbinding, 37,050cr - 32,500cr = 4550cr
(This is minimum profit. If your sealed sword is able to sell for 45,000cr... you do the math)
So, weekly routine:
JK (6000cr)
JK (6000cr)
JK (6000cr)
UNBIND AND SELL (4550cr ~ 10,000cr?)
JK (6000cr)
JK (6000cr)
JK (6000cr)
(total: 46,000cr per week AT BEST/MAXIMUM)
But let's say you don't have 500ce to begin with and play JK all the way:
6000cr *7 = 42,000cr per week MINIMUM
Too confusing for you? GOOD!
~2900 is the lowest i got for the arena mission, http://sadpanda.us/images/856001-E9448J0.png this is from today's run, i usually hit 3100-3300. The materials are also much better (lotsa green shards, monster bones, bushy tails, drake scales, warp dust)
P.S. i kill lichens before they merge, that might be the deciding factor here
Wow, that's a lot more cash then the RJ mission. Might start doing that instead.
Now that you mentioned it, Paweu, does one get more crowns/heat from multiple small lichens or one lichen colony?
What the hell is "Solvieng"?
Also the best way for crowns AFAIK is fsc.
Batabii, you have to take into consideration of speed. For cr per ce used, fsc is very likely the best. But some people don't have the time. Purely calling something best is misleading.
@Paweu Letting lichen merge and killing the bushes completely will probably net you those extra crowns. I let all of the lichen merge and get 3600+ crowns from that arena mission run every time.
Either that's it or I'm just horrendously lucky.
I just tried the way you did it, let all the lichens in one area merge and then kill them, on arena i ignored lichens till they were the only monster to kill and the result was
i also noticed that individual lichens give more cr now
