I have came up with several new bosses, and also for all three tiers!

Tier 1:
Mecha Elite (Construct)
Tenderfoot Commander (Gremlin)

Tier 2:
Ironclaw Commander (Gremlin)
Toxic Legionnaire (Poison)
Deathwolf (Beast)
Drake Beast (Beast, durr) (Either this or Deathwolf, a GM can choose XD)

Tier 3:
Trojan King (Fiend)
Dark Knight Leader (Undead) (Either this or Grim Reaper, a GM can choose XD)
Tinkinzar's Guard (Gremlin)
Robotic Killer (Construct)
Rabid Deathwolf (Poison)
VOG (Beast)
Grim Reaper (Undead)
Wyvern (Beast) (Either this or Vog, a GM can choose XD)

Don't worry GM's, we don't have to fit all these into the Arcade. Look at the (Either this or _____________, a GM can choose XD) some lines have. That means you choose which one sounds more fitting to the level. And, you do NOT have to make ANY of these into Shadow Lair levels, so there might not be *Cold Deathwolf* and *Cold Rabid Deathwolf* if you choose Freeze for 'em. Also, for Vog, you can do Cursed Vog, but you still don't have to. DO NOT: Make them in the wrong tier.
