Euclid: In Skolver or Vog. Maybe with a Azure Guardian helm as a costume and has a Vanguard Badge. Probaly a striker with Swiftstrike or Booster.
Parma: Mad Bomber, my guess. Has recon cloak.
Rulen: Gunslinger. May use all types of Classes.
Grantz: A Plate armoured knight maybe with the Guardian Shield.
Generally I suppose Sternlock is right.
But speaking about how did they look before transformation I always though that Parma (as all official recons so far) would have hood.
I'm used to this picture presenting Lockdown classes.
My main problem is that recons don't have a reprasentive in HoH unlike Guardian, Colbalt and Striker.
It's a typical Tanker (Cobalt set), Melee Damage Dealer (Wolver set), Ranged Damage Dealer (Gunslinger set) and AoE setup (Bomber set). Pretty standard in MMO.
Why the idea of "class" isn't very clear in SK is because none of the dungeons / maps are hard enough to require a clear division of labour in the team. So you are better off to have everyone to be a mix of several roles so that if one guy goes down, the other surviving members can cover. i.e. don't copy Alpha Squadron setup unless in the future, there is something hard enough to require this clear division of labour.
What if we will never see them? What if only thing left from them will be some damaged helmet/shield/equipment that will be spit out from core for a moment it will open with loud *beeeek* and then core will close again?
I actually believe OOO devs have dropped one of the fallen alpha squad member's playermodel into the game files with the recent updates. This is probably Grantz.

I think that somewhere the Squad is living still inside the core and eventually we will find them but they will present a new problem like the core presents more enemies.
Clearly when we first see them, they've all been corrupted into four special and unique Boss-level Trojans whom we will have to fight at the same time, dubbed the Four Horsemen.
