Is it me, or are the rank missions spammable?

I made a thread like this the other day and it got lost. I just wanted to ask one more time if this is normal? I can redo the ranking missions and still earn the 10 prestige point. At one point i was trying it out and see if it was spammable. It is yeah, but is it supposed to be this way? If so, what's the reason?

When I tried to do the rank missions again, I didn't get prestige from it. Which mission are you talking about that gives you prestige?
