Is the Neutralizer a good gun?
I really have no interest in the biohazard, I already have weapons that are good for jelly and gremlins..
It seems to be high in normal damage, I've heard its good for FSC.
So.. Should I get it?

its good in fsc, the best of
its good in fsc, the best of all sticky exploding shots. If you really enjoy the catalyzer mechanic, use it in fsc. Just know that you will probably not have time to charge and explode shots.

It is my favorite of all guns
It is my favorite of all guns just because it is fun, main use is FSC zombies
It isn't that great in comparison to other guns for FSC or every day clockworks.
It does not benefit from damage bonus on the charged shots, so stack ASI and CTR and get both Bio and Neut if you are going to be a hardcore catalyzerer.
