I unboxed an Elemental Cloak and I'm not sure if there was confetti there because of the rare drop.

On that mission you supposedly crash a fiend party, hence the confetti.

The drop was a coincidence.

Congrats, you got a loot drop. They happen, just rarely.

Went to the other guy, which is good 'cause I already have a skelly mask that I use for nothing but costume (I'm the whitest skellyjelly you know).
