It says you have to unlock them, but I'm up to Rank 6, 2000 Prestige, and I don't see them yet.
Anyone else have them unlocked yet? What does your Rank/Prestige have to be to gain access to them?

Wrong. Check the Mission System notes. It specifically says you can unlock a lot of things in your mission supply depot as you gain prestige and ranks, even Energy Packs.

Well, that must be included in one of the upcoming mission updates then. There are currently no unlockable energy packs from what i know of.

Yea, I was wondering about it as well.
It would probably only make sense if you could buy Crystal Energy with Mist Energy (let's say 50 CE with 100 ME). For example if I can't play during weekdays, and have nothing ready to upgrade/craft - I could just be buying such CE pack every day and got extra 250 energy to spend during weekend.

I was thinking more along the lines of 100 CE or ME for a Mist Tank, to be used later.
But nonetheless, if it hasn't been added yet, I wonder if this sort of thing will be at all.
..You can access energy packs by clicking the energy icon on your energy meter in the lower-right part of your HUD.
...You don't unlock them.
