I offer 1.7k CE. Another forumer (after trying to sell at 2k CE for a long time) agreed to sell it to me at this rate; unfortunately for me, I didn't manage to catch him online for a while after that, and he managed to sell it for 1.8k CE to someone else.
If you're set on selling it for 2-3k CE, that's cool. But I'm putting that offer out there in case you can't.
