I'm not sure what it's worth to be honest... I wanted the recipe because I'm leveling the first weapon now. What do you think a fair price would be? 10,000 Crowns?

10,000 crowns for a 4* weapon
10,000 crowns for a 4* weapon is most definitely not fair. It costs more than that just in CE to make. 50 autogun, 100 Needle, 200 Strike Needle x 4000 cr = 14,000 plus theres crowns, mats, and his time to consider.
Meanwhile, I have this recipe if you are interested in going that direction. 18,000 crowns.

Yeah, it's worth more
I would craft it for 25k which includes time if you'd want to go in that direction

I really had no clue about the costs so my offer was not meant as an insult. I'll take the recipe, but at the moment I've only got around 15,000 crowns (not sure the exact amount). Will that do for the recipe?

It's 15,000 from the vendor,
It's 15,000 from the vendor, plus 20% for finders fee = 18,000. I can also take 400cr instead.
