Using Shield Cancel on Spur Line's Charge doesn't Release Projectile

It also has a VERY Short Range to Hit with the Blade Itself.

I noticed this in the Advanced Training Hall.

sent this as a bug report months ago as well. they need to look at this. the spur line is sooooooooo unloved!
